assasinations are probably necessary sometimes 

media sometimes reports about assasinations 

but those incidents could be fake

it's possible that most assassinations that happen 

are considered to be naturally occuring deaths 

or accidents and so on 

according to media about 150'000 humans die every 24 hours 

so if some of those deaths are assasinations 

then it would be difficult to know which of those deaths are assasinations
