if there exists such a thing as 

a mickey mouse special operations group (informal) 

and it has ridiculously difficult selection program 

and possibly has a difficult training program 

that doesn't mean that group does anything of value 

so what would be the point of trying to join it 

and that group would obviously not be sanctioned 

by the company owning the brand name mickey mouse 

to me it sounds like a political manouvre 

to lower the age of entrance 

into selection and training of various special operations programmes 

my conclusion is that  

the prime suspects of such a scenario 

would be android babies
