until paste is somewhat viscuous
let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes
if paste is too thick then add a little water
put a little butter in hot frying pan
and fry pancakes
if pancake paste is too fluid
then the pankakes will stick to the frying pan
if pancake paste is too viscuous
then the pancakes will become too thick
