because there are stronger and faster guys 

and girls will probably think 

that there is no point to apply for those jobs

because many guys are stronger and faster than girls 

but if a special operations unit has ads in the media 

that show personel doing difficult tasks 

that are not physically demanding 

and not technologically difficult 

then that could encourage more people to apply for those jobs
