could be based on previous unrighteous humans that don't exist anymore 
some which existed very long time ago

this would probably become annoying for a lot of righteous humans 
but that shared burden of being annoyed 
could lessen the burden on those that already carry a heavy burden 

it would also show how much easier it was before throughout history 
to determine which humans were unrighteous 

and it would be a reminder of what could have happened 
if problems were not solved before 
and what could happen if problems are not solved in the future
