chicken drumstick stew

put 2 kilos of frozen chicken drumstick in a big pot 
and fill with water 
add butter, spices and salt 
boil on high heat until meat becomes soft 
stir now and then so that the meat leaves the bones 
remove the bones when and if possible 
don't remove tendons and cartilage 
tendons and cartilage will dissolve completely in the stew 
and that will make the stew more thick 
don't remove skin, instead stir so that skin rips apart 
skin will add fat and taste to stew 
boil water in water boiler or smaller saucepan 
and add hot water to stew as water evaporates 
stir now and then so that all meat is ripped apart 
when all tendons and cartilage have dissolved completely 
then check for bones and remove them 
then additional ingredients could be added 
such as tomato paste, cream, eggs, vegetables and so on 
and boil until stew is done 

cheap, healthy and easy recipe 
but it takes a few hours
