black and white

it could be assumed that the expressions: 

white usually means overt 

and black usually means covert 

if a person does a lot that benefit black systems 

then individuals in white systems probably think that person does little 

or nothing 

if individuals in black systems considers a person to be a friend or ally 

then individuals in white systems probably think that person is a hostile or an enemy 

these circumstances are probably because white systems 

and black systems communicate and interact differently
