there is probably mars dust everywhere on mars

so there is a lot of material that 3d printers could use 

3d printed buildings could significantly increase the living standards 
in poor areas in poor countries 

soil in steppe areas could probably be used as material 
to 3d print buildings in steppe areas 
and sand in desert areas could probably be used as material 
to 3d print buildings in desert areas
