how to avoid time travel paradoxes

it could be possible to travel back in time and murder an individual without breaking time continuum or creating time paradox

send exotic technology back in time to make a human a braindead meat puppet, then that braindead meat puppet will do exactly what it would have done as a human so that time continuum is not disrupted and no time paradoxes are created 

while exotic technology do that time travel 
if those humans are made into braindead meat puppets when they are in the womb as fetuses then they would never have been alive 
and all their descendants would automatically become braindead meat puppets 
since braindead meatpuppet that reproduce only give birth to braindead meatpuppets 
so their descendants would never have been alive 

even better send exotic technology back in time to make many humans braindead meat puppet when they were still in the womb as fetuses and after those braindead meat puppets are born and have become older then use those braindead meat puppets as tools to adjust a situations when time continuum are disrupted and time paradoxes are created because of intentional changes made during time travel 
and use exotic technology to influence situations
