female android fetuses have telepathically been sending me pictures of themselves directly into my mind 
they seem to develop a lot faster in the first few weeks 

I guess android fetuses are using self replicating femto machines to manipulate hospital equipment so that they appear to develop slowly like human fetuses 

probably it results in what seems to be a regular 9 month pregnancy 
but possibly pregnancy is longer because pregnancy started some time before humans realize 
which would mean that mother is pregnant for some time without knowing it 

my guess is that mother needs more high calorie food before she realises that she is pregnant
