or humans are trying to improve situations 

and because of that humans get into trouble 

or make situations worse 

intrigues distract humans 

and enable humans to choose another path 

like a dog hunting a wolf 

and dog starts to get a feeling that it's a dumb idea 

but if someone throws a ball to dog 

then dog can play with ball instead 

and dog doesn't have to feel inadequate for not chasing wolf anymore 

so to avoid that humans get injured 

or die too early or at the wrong moment 

androids start intrigues that enable those humans to survive
