it doesn't matter if a unrighteous human is smart or stupid 

smart unrighteous humans will try to abuse individuals 
stupid unrighteous humans will try to abuse individuals 

unrighteous humans follow their genetic programming to abuse individuals, 
in order to succeed themselves
