many humans might die from disasters and wars, 
but probably every country will survive far into the future, 
probably atleast some people of every country's population will survive far into the future 
and probably atleast some people of every ethnic group will survive far into the future, 
if a population almost dies out, then they could just reproduce until previous numbers are achieved and nano machine cybernetics could be used to avoid effects of inbreeding, 
if an ethnic group dies out, then their genetic material could be used to recreate them 

as time passes probably more and more android children will be born in different ethnic groups and countries
