networks coerce parents to abuse children

usually network of humans coerce and threaten parents to make parents abuse their own children, 

if mother refuse to sexually abuse her son, 

then network threaten to use a gang of youths to injure her son, 

and network tells gang of youths that son is guilty of something, 

so that gang of youths want to injure son 

network do these things to get control of children
