basic systems need to function

if android children are to be able to take over after me and take control of those countries they are born in, 

then some systems need to be in place, 

one of those systems is that special operations personel need to learn to communicate and learn to understand atleast the basics of intrigues and how intrigues can be played and altered and the effects of that, 

or else special operations personel might misunderstand situations and thereby through incompetence become a threat against android children
