aircraft could fly at hypersonic speed below 85 km altitude and then aircraft could ascend to above 85 km altitude and increase speed to far beyond hypersonic speed because of no air resistance,
and when aircraft arrive to target area, aircraft could descend to lower altitudes and slow down to hypersonic speed
