in military the technological level need to increase so that soldiers don't have to fight in person and could control autonomous systems to fight instead, 

which could decrease injuries and deaths of soldiers significantly 

in civilian sector the technological level need to increase so that all diseases can be cured and disappear, 

all injuries could be healed, 

all starvation ends because food becomes very cheap to produce

and that poverty becomes irrelevant because everything becomes very cheap to produce
