incompetence in action

probably my most controversial opinion is that, 
most of the times, 
that humans that abuse someone, 
well intended or ill intended, 
probably they do that because of incompetence that led to misunderstanding, 
that led to abuse

and that a lot of time when humans do violence against someone in anger, 
it's because of incompetence that led to misunderstanding, 
that led to violence 

violence seemed justified, 
but it was misunderstanding 

and so on
