space based laser only communication network

all that talk in media about laser weapons that are not powerful enough because of too weak power source 

maybe more sensible to build a hack proof, no need for encryption, 
space based laser only communication network: 

satellites in space only communicating with each other with laser, 

uav and airpcraft use lasers to communicate with satellites, 
which would be easy if they fly above cloud layer 

ground stations use lasers to communicate with satellites when clear weather 

usv and ships use lasers to communicate with satellites when clear weather 

ugv and land vehicles use lasers to communicate with satellites when clear weather 

no radio technology whatsoever present in satellites, uav and aircraft, only laser communication technology 

ugv, land vehicles, usv and ships would probably need radio communications technology to communicate with each other and would be considered non secure nodes because of that 

a two tier communications system could be implemented: 
laser communications would be considered secure 
and radio communications would be considered non secure 

these systems will enable a headquarters to keep control of artificial intelligence units such as ai spy aircraft, ai bomber aircraft, ai missiles and ai submarines
