a fighter that blocks his opponents kicks, hits and slips out of grab attempts, until his opponents becomes too tired to fight, 

is that fighter committing violence? 

of course when his opponents wears out and their friends comes to help and the fighter murders them, 

then that would be violence, but that is another question
