accelerate economic development of st petersburg and vladivostok

economically developing st petersburg and vladivostok
could make st petersburg a black pearl in the baltic sea
and could make vladivostok a white pearl in the sea of japan

economically developing st petersburg could increase trade from eu to western russia

economically developing vladivostok could increase trade from asia and usa to eastern russia
