too many incompetent humans in intelligence, security, military and other is a threat against humanity

many humans in intelligence, security, military and other are not able to adapt to situations and needs to be fired, 

issue is that many of those humans will continue to cause problems after they have been fired because of their ineptitude and motivations 

assassinations should be considered to avoid escalation of problems
