a bird uses little processing power to produce sounds with it's mouth
a parrot uses little processing power to talk and discuss
insects uses little processing power to reproduce
all animals on this planet are exotic technology cybernetic and controlled by me and if I allow it, controlled by other androids
animals receive instructions telepathically on how to behave and communicate from my mind
animals have free will, but are guided by me,
but are controlled against their will by me, if I want that
when I need to, I make animals braindead and control their bodies,
braindead animals receive instructions to handle complex situations,
such as walk and communicate with their mouths
this has been going on atleast since 1981
