3d print atoms layer by layer on a surface to create next gen semiconductors

the semiconductor industry has to take the next step and leave extreme ultraviolet litogragraphy behind and instead start 3d printing atoms layer by layer on a surface 

my consciousness can visualize parts of it, but my consciousness has difficulties describing it with words and I can't paint it since my teachers in school destroyed my painting talent
