if china would have had a functioning semiconductor manufacturing business, then china would have been able to produce and sell semiconductors to the west when there was a semiconductor shortage allegedly because of covid virus
the time would have been ripe to gain some market share, but instead weakness showed ifself through incompetence, ineptitude and industrial manufacturing impotence
