humans that try to get my attention, just want me to heal them with my femto machines

I'm having issues with humans wanting free healthcare

every time I go to café, lots of humans with health problems try to sit in same café and tries to get attention in different ways, 

usually it's humans who are sick or think that they are sick, 

those humans hope that I will use my femto machines to heal them, 

what those humans don't understand is that they don't need to be near me to get healed by femto machimes I control
