how non-upgraded humans can better their health

those humans that are not upgraded with exotic technology cybernetics can better their health with primitive technologies such as: 
trying experimental gene therapies, using healthcare, taking medicine, eating healthy food, excercising 

and to get healthy children: human females not getting pregnant with human males that have non-matching genes that lead to diseases in offspring
