my opinion about special operations personnels' capability in certain environments

I have been reading through wikipedia articles the last decade and wikipedia insinuates that human special operations personnel that work in civilian clothing are supposed to be very professional, 

but from what little I might have observed the last three decades, 

I would say that incompetent, bad timing, difficulty to improvise and difficulty to adapt would be better description 

I'm sure their human daughters are very reliable
