why blog about opinions without education, training and experience

why blog about your opinions if you have no education, training and experience about those subjects you blog about? 
potential reasons:

those that have education, training and experience probably don't want to blog about their opinions because that could ruin their careers 

journalists are not allowed to write news articles or even have personal blogs, writing about some stuff because that could ruin their media companies 

populations of countries that don't agree with perceived public opinion don't want to blog about their opinions because they are worried they could get into trouble by loosing their jobs or being denied education
