android children's frustrations with the incompetence of intelligence, security and military human personel

as far as I understand it, android children are frustrated with the incompetence of intelligence, security and military human personel in the countries that android children are born in and android childrens' subconscious thoughts have lots of ideas of how to train human personel so that they become more efficient 
but that's not my problem
