invest in small farmers in so that they can support their own village with food
teach families without farms how to farm and if families learns and are motivated, invest in family so that family buys a small farm and support themselves with food
buy big areas of land and start industrial farm and give unemployed people jobs on farm,
export products and use money earned to invest in small farmers, family farms and new industrial farms
