that androids seem to have disdain for human personel with exttensive experience is because androids think differently than humans and because of that humans don't see what is obvious to androids
so no matter how much humans educate, train and prepare themselves and become experts in different areas,
androids will always consider humans nothing more than novices, no matter what type of experience it's about
