if different companies uses a dude to do jobs then some of those companies prefer that the dude remains healthy enough to function enough to perform jobs.
some companies grit their teeth when the dude they use for jobs is abused for decades in the country that the dude is living in.
while other male humans get women and money without doing anything of value.
