because special ops soldiers are afraid to murder unrighteous humans and because intelligence and security services are incompetent,  they get upset when androids murder unrighteous humans  that security services thought were of some value  and intelligence services thought were useful  because of this unrighteous humans have been abusing righteous humans   and whenever righteous humans wanted to murder unrighteous humans, they were hindered 

this is turning into a comedy, different intelligence/security services and their proxies are trying to murder me instead of punishing those that abused me as a child, teen, young adult and later adult. besides those that trained the personel should be ashamed at their ineffectiveness.
